Strength: 5x3 front squats
"Poison Ivy"
3 rounds for time
12 Front squats
10 ring pushups
12 knee to elbow
10 burpees
--Set rings about 6inches off ground. Chest must touch Hands. If you do not have ring rows then do strict hand release push ups.
